My name is Jen Sherohman. I am a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner. I am an Indiana native and am licensed in both Indiana and Kentucky. I have been in the medical field since 2005. I have experience in many areas of healthcare including pediatrics, long term care, rehabilitation services, family care, and behavioral health.
One of my biggest passions in life is helping individuals reach their fullest potential no matter what stage or season of life they are in! In order to do this, I take a holistic approach with the care I deliver. I create a non-judgmental space for you to be heard. I do not provide car wash services, so I will always take the time to listen. Lastly, I will give you safe, quality information so that you can make the best decisions regarding your mental health care. I will always be one of your biggest cheerleaders!
